This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Terms of Service. When you use Symphoniee, you agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully, or to infringe or violate anyone’s rights;
• upload or transmit malware, or content that is harmful, harassing, hateful, or abusive;
• attempt to breach, probe, or circumvent security, authentication, or access controls;
• scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service except as we expressly permit;
• overload, disrupt, or degrade the Service — for example, denial-of-service attempts or excessive automated requests;
• resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as permitted by your plan;
• collect audience or personal data you are not permitted to collect, or use the Service to harass or harm others.
