FREQUENTLY ASKED

Questions, answered.

Everything you need to know about running a live Symphoniee session. Still stuck? Talk to us.

Do participants need to download an app?
No. Everyone joins by scanning one QR code — or typing a short room code — straight from their phone browser. No app, no account, no login.
Does it work for remote or hybrid audiences?
Yes — in person, over Zoom or Teams, or hybrid. If people can see the shared screen and open a link, they can take part.
Can I use my existing slides?
Yes. Import your PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, or PDF and layer polls, quizzes, and other interactions on top. Your content stays yours — Symphoniee runs alongside it.
How many people can join a session?
Up to 10 on Free, 200 on Individual, 600 on Business, and 1,000 on University. Need a bigger room? Talk to us.
What kinds of interactions can I run?
Polls, quizzes, word clouds, ratings, rankings, open Q&A, and more — around forty interaction types in all, including opinion spectrums, priority grids, predictions, and co-creation exercises.
Is there really a free plan?
Yes — free forever, no credit card. It’s a full working version at demo size (rooms up to 10, three live sessions a month) with polls, quizzes, word clouds, and rosters included. Upgrade only when you outgrow it.
What do the paid plans cost?
Individual is $25/month. Business is $50/month for each editor, presenter, or admin — never for your audience, who always join free. University is invoiced to fit your institution. Pay annually and save up to 24%.
What’s the session results report?
After every session, Symphoniee gives you a report of what happened — participation, poll and quiz results, knowledge lift from before to after, and where confidence dipped. Export every response to CSV, JSON, or PDF in one tap.
Who is Symphoniee for?
Anyone who presents to a room — universities and classrooms, corporate training and L&D, sales enablement, and events or town halls. If you present, it’s for you.
